What Viggle Remake collects, how your uploads and results are handled, and how long they are kept.
This policy explains what Viggle Remake collects and how it is used.
What we collect
- Account data: your email, name and login details, or the profile details your sign-in provider shares.
- Uploads and results: the driving videos and character images you upload, any direction you type, and the videos you generate.
- Payment data: plan, order and credit records. Card details are handled by our payment processor, and we never see or store them.
- Usage data: basic logs and analytics, such as pages visited and device information, used to run and improve the service.
How your uploads are used
Your files are used only to generate the videos you ask for. They are sent to the AI model service that renders the video, and they are not visible to other users. We do not use your files to train AI models.
How long we keep things
- Driving videos are deleted as soon as the generation ends.
- Results, the character image and the generation record are deleted automatically 15 days after the generation finishes. You can delete them sooner in History.
- Uploads you never use are deleted within about a day.
- Account, order and credit records are kept while your account exists and as long as tax and accounting rules require.
Who we share data with
We share data only with the service providers we need to run the product, for AI rendering, file storage, payments, email and analytics, or when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal data.
Your choices
You can delete individual results in History, and you can delete your account in settings, which removes your account data and generation records. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, export or delete your data. Email us to use them.
Children
Viggle Remake is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Security
We use access controls and encrypted connections. Only you can open your results, through your account. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your login safe.
Changes
We may update this policy, and we will update the date on this page when we do.
