Terms of Service
The terms that apply when you use Viggle Remake, including subscriptions, credits, refunds and acceptable use.
These terms apply when you use Viggle Remake at viggleremake.org. By creating an account or generating a video, you agree to them.
The service
Viggle Remake is an AI video generator. It replaces the person in a driving video you upload with the character in an image you upload, and keeps the original motion. Viggle Remake is an independent product and is not operated by, endorsed by or affiliated with Viggle or its owners.
Accounts
You need an account to generate videos. You must be at least 18 years old, keep your login secure, and give accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Credits
Generations are paid with credits. There are no free credits. Credits are charged per second of driving video, rounded up to whole seconds, and the cost is shown before you generate. If a generation fails, its credits are returned automatically. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period until cancelled, and the card on file is charged for each renewal.
- Each plan grants its credits every month, including on yearly billing.
- Unused plan credits expire when the next monthly cycle starts.
- You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and plan credits stay usable until the current cycle ends.
- Upgrades charge the difference right away and add the extra credits. Downgrades start with the next period.
Credit packs
Credit packs are one-time purchases. Pack credits never expire and are used after plan credits.
Refunds
Generations consume credits as soon as they are started, so purchases are generally non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. If you were charged in error, contact support and we will review it. When a payment is refunded, the unused credits it granted are taken back.
Your content
You keep the rights you hold in the files you upload and in the videos you generate. You give us the permission needed to store and process those files to provide the service, including sending them to the AI model service that renders the video. You may use your generated videos commercially, as long as you follow these terms and the law.
You must hold the rights to everything you upload, and you must have the consent of any person shown in it.
Acceptable use
You may not use Viggle Remake to create or share:
- sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualizes a minor
- intimate or sexual content of a real person without their consent
- content that impersonates a real person to deceive others, including fraud and political or election deception
- harassment, threats, hate or content that promotes violence
- content that infringes the rights of others, or that is otherwise illegal
Do not misrepresent generated videos as real footage in a way that could mislead or harm people. We may block generations, remove content or close accounts that break these rules. Credits on accounts closed for abuse are not refunded.
Retention
Results and their records are deleted automatically 15 days after a generation finishes. Please download what you want to keep. We are not responsible for content deleted after that period.
Disclaimers
The service is provided as is. AI output varies, and we do not guarantee a particular result, processing time or uninterrupted availability. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will post it here and update the date on this page. Continuing to use Viggle Remake means you accept the new terms.
